Oli's career has taken him all over the world, including brief stint on Broadway. Recent credits include Assistant MD on Company (Sheffield Crucible) She Loves Me (Chichester Festival Theatre) Musical Director/Arranger for Company(Southwark Playhouse) Musical Director/Arranger for On The 20th Century(Union Theatre) Associate Musical Director for Chicago (West End), and Assistant Musical Director on The Human Comedy (The Young Vic).

As a composer he has written a one-act musical which was performed at LAMDA, a musical for the Albany Empire and a commission by the Arts Council that was premiered at The Tate Modern. He was also composer and musical supervisor for the national tour of Adolf Hitler: My Part in His Downfall. It won Best Regional Production in the WhatsOnStage awards 2010. Recently he was composer and MD for The Witches (Chichester Festival Youth Theatre) and Associate MD on I Can't Sing! the upcoming X-Factor musical at the London Palladium. He has recently been involved with the workshopping of two new musicals, both slated for production in 2015. He is also orchestrator for Twang!! a revival of a famous Lionel Bart flop from the 60's. This is being published by Weinbergers later this year.
